Terms of Sale

By making payment for and receiving delivery of products from OneOfOne, the purchaser agrees to the following terms:

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. All sales are in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Accepted forms of payment include ACH/Wire Transfer and Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
  • The purchaser is responsible for any and all banking fees associated with the selected payment method.
  • All packing, shipping, insurance, customs, duties, taxes, and other associated fees are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • All sales are final. OneOfOne does not accept returns.
  • Prices listed on the invoice are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Any modifications to pricing after this period are subject to change.

Exchange Policy

  • OneOfOne offers exchanges for goods or store credit only, at its sole discretion. Items must be clean, unused, and packaged appropriately for insurable shipping.
  • To initiate an exchange request, please email info@oneofone.works. Requests will be reviewed within 1–2 business days.
  • The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
  • International purchases are not eligible for exchanges.

International Purchases

  • OneOfOne offers international shipping. To receive an accurate shipping quote, please contact info@oneofone.works prior to placing your order.
  • All international sales are final. Exchanges cannot be accommodated for international orders.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • OneOfOne will provide the purchaser with a shipping quote for approval. The approved shipping cost will either be included in the invoice or invoiced separately depending on shipment timing.
  • Items will not be released for shipment or local pickup until payment has been made in full.

Local Pickup

  • If the purchaser arranges local pickup, items will be lightly packed for hand-carry and not prepared for freight shipping. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that items fit through elevators, doors, hallways, and other access points at the final destination.
  • Any additional fees due to access complications are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery Timeline

  • In-stock items typically ship within 7–10 business days of payment unless otherwise noted and subject to availability.
  • OneOfOne is not responsible for shipping delays or inaccurate delivery estimates provided by carriers.

International Shipping

  • Shipping quotes for international orders are valid for 7 days. If not approved within that timeframe, a revised shipping quote may be required.
  • The purchaser is responsible for customs, duties, taxes, and any additional applicable fees. OneOfOne is not responsible for quoting or covering customs-related charges.

Loss or Damage

OneOfOne is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.

CLAIMS

  • The purchaser must inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
  • For visible damage to the packaging or item:
    • Note the damage on the delivery receipt as “Damaged – Subject to Inspection.”
    • Notify OneOfOne within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@oneofone.works.
    • Provide photographs of the packaging and item. Retain all packaging and products for inspection.

  • OneOfOne cannot accept responsibility for damages or claims reported after 48 hours of delivery.

ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS & VARIABILITY NOTICE

  • Many works presented by OneOfOne are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted, vintage, or limited-production pieces. Variations in pattern, form, patina, color, scale, or surface condition are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted on the basis of these natural variations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting info@oneofone.works. After this period, all sales are final.
  • OneOfOne does not accept returns.

STORAGE FEES

  • Items will be held for 30 days following purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • If storage beyond 30 days is required, a storage fee of $10 per item per day will apply.
  • Items stored beyond 30 days may be transferred to an external storage facility. Additional storage and handling charges will be invoiced to the purchaser.
